Training Interventions

Understanding how structures influence and are influenced by individual behaviour makes it possible to make effective changes to the ways organizations are run. Our research team works to provide a good understanding of the situation we want to address and to apply lessons from organizational behaviour scholarship. Interventions may take many forms, from training employees to changing processes.
