Disability in the Workplace
People with disabilities still do not experience the same access to work opportunities as people without disabilities. Our goal is to design, test, and implement evidence-based practices that will increase both the number of people with disabilities who participate in the labour market, as well as the quality of participation. Quality participation can include ensuring that people's skills and abilities are utilized to their full potential, that leadership skills are cultivated, and that contributions are valued and respected.
