Our research team works to provide a good understanding of the situation we want to address and to apply lessons from organizational behaviour scholarship. Interventions may take many forms, from training employees (e.g., to help leaders more effectively deal with the stress that their responsibilities can generate) to changing processes (e.g., to reduce pressures that discourage collaboration).
