What the study is:

This study uses interviews to explore the working lives and professional relationships of people who are temporary foreign workers in Canada. We are particularly interested in understanding the ways in which the recent controversy over the Temporary Foreign Worker program has affected people’s experiences.

Who can participate:

People who are working in Canada while holding a Canada Temporary Work Permit issued by the ministry of Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC). People who have done so in the past but have since left Canada or have changed citizenship status.

What happens during the study:

Participants will take part in a phone or Skype interview, lasting 30 to 60 minutes. Participants will receive a $25 honorarium in recognition of their time.
