The goal of our research is to explain how workers react to recent transformations in the workplace. We pay particular attention to the experiences of workers who are often overlooked: part-time workers, independent contractors, “temps”, mobile workers, temporary foreign workers and workers with disabilities.

We are working to develop a better understanding of how workplace transformations are affecting the relationship between individuals and organizational structures. We provide organizations, policy-makers, and employees with a better understanding of this relationship, and with specific recommendations.
